Top with some coco cluster buckola, a bit of antioxidant super blend, a sprinkle of bee pollen, pink coconut (1 tbs of desiccated coconut mixed with 1/2 tsp of beetroot powder) and a dollop of blueberry chia pudding. For the blueberry chia pudding, in a small bowl or jar stir together 1 cup of plant milk of choice, a pinch of salt, 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract and 1/4 cup of chia seeds. Then add 1 tsp of blueberry powder and stir again until well incorporated. Let sit in the fridge overnight or at least for an hour.
