Ingredients

Smoothie Base:

1 1/2 cups of water or plant milk of choice (add more if needed) 🌱

2 tbs of coconut milk powder 🌱

1 cup of frozen blueberries/raspberries/strawberries/blackberries

2 tbs of almond butter or tahini 🌱

2 tsp of acai powder 🌱

2 tbs of vanilla protein powder 🌱

 

Toppings: 

Coco cluster buckola 🌱

Antioxidant super blend 🌱

Sprinkle of bee pollen 🌱

Pink coconut (1 tbsp of shredded coconut mixed with 1/2 tsp of beetroot powder) 🌱

Dollop of blueberry chia pudding (plant milk of choice, a pinch of salt, 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract and 1/4 cup of chia seeds) 🌱

Method

  1. In a blender, combine the ingredients and blend until smooth.
  2. Top with some coco cluster buckola, a bit of antioxidant super blend, a sprinkle of bee pollen, pink coconut (1 tbs of desiccated coconut mixed with 1/2 tsp of beetroot powder) and a dollop of blueberry chia pudding.
  3. For the blueberry chia pudding, in a small bowl or jar stir together 1 cup of plant milk of choice, a pinch of salt, 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract and 1/4 cup of chia seeds. Then add 1 tsp of blueberry powder and stir again until well incorporated. Let sit in the fridge overnight or at least for an hour.
  4. Add 2 tbs of coconut yogurt to make it even creamier and enjoy as you wish. Keeps in the fridge for 4-5 days and you can make different variations using the same base recipe.
